Kathryn Courtenay-Evans

Global Director of Research

Kathyn Courtney-EvansKathryn joined TTi Global Research, formerly Lorien Connect in 2010, previously Managing Director of a medium size Research agency – Maven Research. Kathryn is head of our Research Division. Her experience includes managing and directing client accounts within Automotive, Retail, Financial Services, Utilities, Public Services and Business Services sectors. With significant experience in customer loyalty, satisfaction, segmentation and employee research her experience leads our team to delivering successful and insightful client programmes.

Account Development Director

Glyn joined TTi Global Research, formerly Lorien Connect in 2011, previously leading the commercial and business development function of a medium size Research agency – Maven Research. A senior manager with a strong focus on Customer Management. Glyn has effective experience applying research to support business management objectives. His experience in customer, employee and stakeholder research supports the delivery and development of successful and insightful customer programmes. Through applying a breadth of sales, account management, commercial, communication and marketing skills supports the business achieve customer management and growth ambitions.

Lucy Robertson

Associate Director

Lucy RobertsonLucy has worked with the business since March 2011. Prior to joining the business Lucy worked with a specialist customer and employee research agency across private and public sector organisations. Lucy has broad and successful experience including running both qualitative and quantitative, consumer, business to business and ad hoc research projects. These include measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Employee Satisfaction and Engagement and broad stakeholder research initiatives, specifically in the energy market.

 Louise Ashby

Research Manager

Louise AshbyLouise joined the business in July 2012. Previously working with a medium size research agency, Louise has significant experience conducting research in both Public and Private sector environments. Managing programmes applying qualitative and quantitative methodologies Louise is experienced in overseeing ongoing tracking studies and ad hoc projects. Her experience applying insightful analytical techniques enables clients to clearly identify actions supporting change. Louise also leads our focus on quality and training staff project management compliance with ISO20252.

Chloe Byrne

Research Manager

Chloe ByrneChloe started her career with the business as a work placement student in July 2002 as part of her Communications and Media Studies degree. Chloe has significant experience in the automotive sector supporting both customer and dealer satisfaction surveys with clients including Ford, Fiat Group, Toyota, Honda, Renault Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Jaguar Land Rover, GM, KIA and SEAT. Chloe manages our syndicated European online dealer satisfaction survey (DRS) for 18 automotive manufacturing brands.
