Glyn Luckett

Commercial Director

Glyn Luckett - Research Commercial Director at TTi Global Research in the UK

Glyn joined TTi Global Research in 2011, previously leading the commercial and business development of the research agency Maven Research.  

A senior manager with a strong focus on customer management, programme delivery, quality and financial management. Glyn has effective experience applying research to support business management objectives. His experience developing and managing customer, employee and stakeholder research supports the delivery of insightful research that drives outcomes supporting strategic decision making.

Throughout his successful research career, he has built a wealth of qualitative and quantitative research experience - supporting clients across Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, Construction, Financial and Business Services sectors, as well as working with public and private sector organisations.

Glyn’s wide breadth of skills include research, management, commercial, communication, leadership and marketing. His role in the European Management Team promotes successful customer management and drives growth.

Lucy Robertson

Associate Director

Lucy Robertson - Associate Research Director at TTi Global Research in the UK Lucy has worked with the business since March 2011. Prior to joining the business Lucy worked with a specialist customer and employee research agency across private and public sector organisations. Lucy has broad and successful experience including running both qualitative and quantitative, consumer, business to business and ad hoc research projects. These include measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Employee Satisfaction and Engagement and broad stakeholder research initiatives, specifically in the energy market.

Lina Stavropoulou

Research Manager

Lina Stavropoulou - Research Manager at TTi Global Research in the UK Lina has worked with TTi since April 2014, as a professional Research manager and experienced brand strategist, specializing in providing actionable business insights though qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Providing strong research and leadership skills within our Automotive and Business Services teams, Lina works with 12 manufacturer brands, delivering quality driven research approaches and enabling clients to make strategic decisions influencing the future direction of their organisations.

In addition to working in our Automotive team running trend, relationship and satisfaction studies Lina’s expertise is shared through her strong skills in wider methodologies and developing segmentation studies, proposition development research and vehicle fault identification indexation. 

Advertising, FMCG, Automotive, Business & Financial Services and Telecoms sectors are Lina’s specialist fields. Within these areas Lina has great competency delivering product testing & brand communication (pre & post ad tests) /concept  testing - also packaging, brand / image testing, U&A studies and segmentation research.

Helen Boddy

Research Manager

Helen Boddy - Research Manager at TTi Global Research in the UK Helen is a research and insight specialist with over 15 years’ experience both client- and agency-side. She specializes in using multidisciplinary research methods to deliver compelling, actionable consumer insight and building a picture from numbers. Projects include segmentation, U&A and employee engagement studies.

Whilst working for clients such as Virgin Media and The Canal & River Trust, she developed strategic consumer insight plans, delivering compelling arguments, which influenced key decisions at board level. 

Whilst agency-side, Helen had roles within direct marketing agencies, a marketing consultancy and a traditional research agency. As a result, has a well-rounded skill base which enables her to provide commercially focussed insight based on a wide range of research methodologies.

She joined TTi in October 2014, and has delivered a variety of programmes in the automotive and luxury sectors.

Our researchers are either full or associate members of the Market Research Society and apply recommended best practice at all times. We also, through International research, ensure ESOMAR standards are applied and adhered to.

Our team regularly attend MRS training and refresher courses ensuring they maintain and deliver the most effective practices.
