DRS is an International dealer relationship survey, we commenced building our syndicate in 2007 with further interest shown from manufacturers to join in 2014.
Areas covered in the survey include questions ranging from marketing support to dealer profitability and tests a breadth of attributes associated with the dealer and manufacturer relationship.
After another successful wave of the Dealer Relationship Survey (DRS) where we experienced another strong response rate for the global syndicated survey for 15 brands across 36 markets, the Research team at TTi Global are busy finalising client reports.
Meanwhile the setup has commenced for wave 2 of DRS 2013 which will see participation in 26 European markets, providing further comparison to wave 1.
