A research and insight specialist with over 15 years’ experience both client- and agency-side. She specializes in using multidisciplinary research methods to deliver compelling, actionable consumer insight and building a picture from numbers. Projects include segmentation, U&A and employee engagement studies.
Whilst working for clients such as Virgin Media and The Canal & River Trust, she developed strategic consumer insight plans, delivering compelling arguments, which influenced key decisions at board level.
Whilst agency-side, had roles within direct marketing agencies, a marketing consultancy and a traditional research agency. As a result, has a well-rounded skill base which enables her to provide commercially focussed insight based on a wide range of research methodologies.
She joined TTi in October 2014, and has delivered a variety of programmes in the automotive and luxury sectors.
